-Where to download PokeGen:

-Once it's done downloading, click the 'PokeGen' (The one I'm talking about should say application right next to it) then extract the files.
Once it’s done, it should look like this:
-Then on this page, you choose the Pokémon you want, nickname (if you want one), nature, item, ability, form (if it has different forms) and if you want it to be male, female, or shiny. Once your done, go to stats (unless if you care about how it says you met it or what ball it’s in, then press Met)
--On the Stats page, you can choose the IVs and EVs of your Pokémon. On the bottom, it says what type Hidden Power it’ll be if you choose your Pokémon to have that attack. Once you’re done, click on Attacks.
-On the Attacks page, there are 4 scroll-down bars for the 4 attacks. The one next to it says how much PP the attack has, then on the one next to that one, you can choose if you want to give that attack PP Ups. The OT/Misc isn’t that important if you don’t care if your Pokémon doesn’t say an OT or have and ID.
-Once you’re done, right click on the right where it says “Right Click” (obviously) then click ‘Set’. To save it, click on “File”, then ‘Save Pokémon (from tabs)’ then type whatever you want for the saved file to be.
-To get this Pokémon, go to this link:
http://www.500mb.us/upload_file.phpThen click on “Choose File”. If it’s not on the page where the saved file of the Pokémon is at, go to ‘My Documents’ and they should be there. Then click “Submit” and go into the GTS on the right on the second floor of the Pokémon Center.
To restart on Pokegen, you don’t need to exit it then open it again, just do what you’d do normally, then click over the first box where the Pokémon’s then click Set. Then do the thing on the second link I posted.
