My Ice type choice. It is a pretty fast pokemon, which helps it fire off an Ice Beam quickly. Ice Beam is for STAB and can counter dragons, genie trio, Whimsicott, Etc. HP Dark is for Jellicent/Chandelure. Protect is Protect. Ice Shard is for a priority attack, and the attack fast enough to break Tornadus/Thundurus's subs.

Haxorus is a beast with this. Dragon STABs in the form of Dragon Claw/ Double Chop, and Outrage, while E-Q hits most pokemon. Last slot is for whatever the ocasion is.
