Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Yawn
- Focus Energy
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse

Take advantage of the Sniper ability ( powers crits to x3 ) and rape your enemies!
Switch into a move that Kingdra resist
Yawn
Focus Energy to get max crits possible
Alll out with STAB moves.
