This is a set i used long time ago it is a fairly effective one in double battles because you can sweep if you have trick room up
Forretress @ life orb
Impish nature
252 hp
252 def
6 att
moves
power trick
gyro ball
bug bite
Explosion ( just before trick room ends)
I would prefer to have 311 ivs in every stat and a 0 iv in speed to power up gyro ball if you have any questions feel free to ask me Very Happy
