This is a lolzy set i made recently and it is actually effective
Impish nature @ chesto berry 252 hp 126 def 126 sp def and 6 in speed
Moves
Iron Defense
Rest
Amnesia
lava plume (to hopefully get the burn)
After a single Iron defense or a amnesia you would be surprised how well torkoal can take hits and most of your opponents would rage quit if you get to plus six in both def and sp def :p
